Hello, my name is Greg.
So, you're here. Maybe you're not even entirely sure why. Perhaps you're wondering if landing on a mental health counsellor's website is a good idea or a big mistake. If it feels like a mistake, I get it, you're free to leave. I won't take it personally!
But my guess is something in your life isn't sitting quite right. From the outside things may look good – work, family, lifestyle – yet inside you might be feeling stuck, numb, tired, or disconnected in ways that are hard to explain.
Perhaps you've been carrying things on your own for a while. Maybe there are thoughts, worries, or parts of your story that you don't really share with anyone. That can be a lonely place to be.
What I offer is a space where you can talk honestly about your life with someone who will listen carefully, without judgement, and with genuine curiosity about who you are and what matters to you.
If you'd like to have a conversation and see whether working together might be helpful, feel free to get in touch.

You might recognise yourself in some of this:
-
You carry a lot of responsibility and rarely talk about what is going on inside.
-
You’ve learnt to get on with it, but you often feel you should be coping better than you are.
-
You think a lot, but understanding your problems hasn't necessarily helped you resolve them.
-
You want life to feel more meaningful, not just manageable.
-
You’re not sure talking to someone will really help – but something needs to change.

How I work
You don't need to prepare anything before coming to therapy. Our conversations are open-ended and guided by what feels most important to you at the time. You decide what we talk about and how long we continue working together.
My role is not to give quick advice or tell you how to live your life. Instead, I offer a place where you can slow down, reflect, and explore what is really going on beneath the surface.
In our work together we may look at patterns in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, or past experiences that continue to shape your life today. As a psychological counsellor, I draw on different psychological and somatic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you.
Above all, this is a space where you can speak openly about your life and begin to find a way forward that feels more meaningful and authentic.
Sessions are available online and in person.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy. Simply use the contact form above to arrange a convenient time for your initial consultation.
What can I expect during a 50-minute counselling and a 70-minute breathwork and counselling session?
50-minute counselling session:
During a therapy session you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and emotions.
70-minute breathwork and counselling session:
A lot of our memories, stress, and trauma are stored in our bodies. The 30 minutes of breathwork enables you to relax and connect with yourself. This helps you to access what your mind may have hidden away or provide you with some insight as to what is going on. The next 40 minutes are spent discussing what has come up.
Are psychological counselling and breathwork covered by health insurance?
Psychological counselling and breathwork in my private practice are not covered by Swiss basic health insurance - clients pay for their sessions privately. However, there that does allow us the flexibility for a more individualised and discrete process that doesn't necessarily involve labels.
If you have supplementary insurance, it's worth checking with your insurance provider whether partial reimbursement might be possible.
